By purchasing or accepting possession of the Card or Guide you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You agree that the use of the Card and nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes a relationship of partnership, agency, trust or fiduciaries between us and you.

The Card gives you the opportunity to receive certain benefits when you shop at certain places or visit certain venues and attractions. The Card is non-refundable. The decision to take advantage of these opportunities is strictly at your discretion and any unused benefits at the time of expiry of the card will not be refundable or transferable to another Card. The Card may only be used by the Card’s signatory and is non-transferable. No replacements or refunds are offered for lost or stolen Cards and the Card is not valid for any same day return visits to any attraction or venue.

We have taken our best endeavours to ensure that the benefits noted both on this website and in the Guide are current at the date of publication. However, such benefits may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the operators of the shops, attractions and venues. Before relying on any information provided, such as opening times, tour times or benefit offering for card holders, you should confirm their authenticity by contacting the attraction or venue.

The benefits available through use of the Card will be provided by the operators of the shops, attractions and venues. We take no responsibility for the conduct, quality, availability, health and safety provisions or any other thing related to the benefits available from the use of the Card with such responsibility being borne exclusively by the operators of the shops, attractions and venues.
