Sydney
One of the major cities of the world,
Sydney was well and truly put on the map when it hosted
the Olympics in 2000. However, there is so much more
to this thriving metropolis than sport, and it has stories
to tell from much further back in time.
It is undoubtedly one of the world's most
beautiful cities, situated on a breathtaking natural
harbour. The Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge
are two of the most instantly recognisable landmarks,
and make a fabulous introduction to a city with a culture
and diversity which is hard to beat. With its temperate
climate, Sydney has all the trappings of an outdoor
lifestyle, in addition to the culture, history and architecture
you would expect of a major world city.
